Dallas Burlesque Festival 2009
The best deal in Dallas this weekend was the Dallas Burlesque Festival, held at the (in)famous Texas Theater in Oak Cliff. A free hour-long photo shoot with professional models, available to anyone with a camera, and then a couple of hours of old-school, classic retro Burlesque. Striptease the way our dads used to see it. All this for a mere $10; it would have been a bargain at thrice the price.
